Welcome to Urban Garden 215 where we specialize in microgreens and unique produce varieties, grown on a nano scale. All of our products are non-GMO, heirloom, and sustainably grown in our indoor urban garden here in South Philly.
Microgreens are a nutrient-dense concentrated source of vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, and are 40% more nutritious than the adult plant. They can be eaten fresh or dehydrated and used as a spice for a concentrated flavor enhancement, or make a tea. Plus the vitamin and mineral content is preserved in the drying process. Try them as a pesto, salad dressing, soups, smoothies, shakes, and frozen works as well. Not to mention, they really tie a dish together visually.
